Kevin was awesome. He explained the different scenarios. Thankfully it was a simple fix, for him it was simple. He explained that the clog was 15 ft down the line. There is no way any draino was gonna reach that clog.

Great company! Ease to set up appointment online to get a FREE estimate. The company texts you when the technician is on his/her way which I liked. Ricardo, our technician, was nice and friendly. He was able to remove our snake that was stuck due to our incompetence. He saved us several thousands of dollars and we have a working tub drain! The office staff is great too - prompt email response regarding setting up appointment once I approved the estimate. Would definitely call them again.

Sammy did an inspection of what he felt needed to be done. We discussed our blockage problem and I decided to have him replace drain piping that was over 77 years old that had some leaking as well as blockage (see pics). Very nice work and he gave me pics to show exactly what he did. Overall excellent with clear information for me to decide.

Brian G. arrived to check on a leak in our bathroom sink. I appreciated his honesty throughout the entire process. He fixed a simple lift rod/drain clogged issue in seconds, while i previously believed to be a P-trap issue. He also gave professional advice on improvements and ongoing issues when asked. I also worked Omar in the past and forgot to leave a review. Omar was also professional and hard-working when he came to replace a cracked 6 ft cast iron pipe inside the wall.
